This "book" contains a temporary copy of a number of the pages at www.goodworth.org.
I have created it because some people have reported that they cannot see the data on those pages. I have a suspicion that the problem is related to the time that it takes to load the data, which can be a problem for people accessing from Australia/New Zealand, particularly when there are large pages with lots of tables. So I'm trying to break the pages down into a more manageable hierarchy as I go along.
Lots will probably be wrong at first, but in particular,
