Whose daughter (or perhaps a widow, in which case whose?)

David GOODWORTH "Late of Rawcliff Bridge, Snaith, mariner" was involved in a couple of land deals involving land in Heck in 1780-1782 and again in 1792 or so.

But which David? Presumably it is actually the brother of Thomas who ends up in Rawcliffe. A Richard Godderd is also mentioned.
